Itchy Baby Co Website Returns Policy
The following conditions refer to purchases made on itchybabyco.com.au
Postage costs associated with the return of products are at the sole responsibility of the customer, the
exception to this is where Itchy Baby Co. has deemed the product to be faulty. In this instance Itchy Baby Co. will arrange the method of return at its own cost.
Change of mind returns
Itchy Baby Co. will accept product returns if a customer changes their mind within 5 days following their date of purchase.
In order to qualify for a change of mind return, product/s must be unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact.
If Itchy Baby Co. is satisfied with the condition of the product being unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact, Itchy Baby Co. will provide the customer an online store credit equivalent to the value of the purchased product. Online store credits are valid for 60 days on itchybabyco.com.au
If Itchy Baby Co. is not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
Faulty product returns
A faulty product is defined as one which has arrived to the customer damaged. If a customer receives a faulty product, Itchy Baby Co. will refund the customer the value of the faulty product/s following their return to Itchy Baby Co. A customer must communicate the fault within 14 days following the product’s purchase.
Product returns procedure:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org outlining whether the product return is due to ‘change in mind’ or ‘faulty product’. If ‘faulty product’ please include description of the fault. Our customer care team will then be in touch to organise next steps.
